ROBERT A. MILLER, ESQ.

          Robert A. Miller received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota (Cum Laude, 1988) and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University (Magna Cum Laude, 1983) .  He has practiced law since 1988 and is admitted to the jurisdictions of Arizona (1992) and California (1988), in addition to being admitted before the Federal Courts in each of those states.  His areas of legal paractice include real estate law with an emphasis on landlord and tenant relations, business and commercial litigation, construction, intellectual property, family law and wills, trusts and estates.   He has participated in several community organizations including a current directorship with the Adult Center of Prescott, Inc. and past affiliations with the Board of Directors to the MIT Forum for Technology, the Board of Directors for the Grand Canyon Chapter of the American Red Cross.   He served as an Adjunct Professor in the Yavapai Community College Paralegal Program and taught Business Organizations and Contract Law.  He has also been invited to present seminars on Landlord and Tenant.
